This set includes one (1) notepad and one (1) pen, both imprinted with the CRESTSprogram logo and website address.  
 
Notepad: Included in this set is a cardboard envelope holder with a die-cast smiley face design on the front flap (along with the CRESTS log and web address printed in royal blue ink). This compact holder contains a 3” X 3” adhesive notepad and an assortment of 5 adhesive flag pads (in colors: blue, green, yellow, orange, and pink).   All materials are made using recycled content (holder is made from 65% recycled content, notepad sheets and flags are made from 20% recycled content).

Pen:  This set also includes a Javelin stylus metallic pen (medium-point, black ink).  It is a click-action pen with a contoured barrel, and offers a smooth writing experience.  This pen was constructed from plastic using a two-tone (royal blue with silver accents). The CRESTS logo and web address are engraved in white ink.
