Community Book Center is the oldest Black-owned bookstore in the New Orleans area. You don't need to order your books at those large online booksellers. Anything you can find there, you can order from the Community Book Center. And they are more than just a bookstore. You can find fashion items and articles for your home. The Community Book Center is a literary, cultural, and social hub in the Greater New Orleans area.

We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, or store credit.
To make a return:

Items must still be in their original packaging with all tags attached

Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear

You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
To return a product, send it to CRESTSprogram 4955 W. Napoleon Avenue, #3031 Metairie, LA 70001 USA, along with proof of purchase and your details. We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s). Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.
